Contest Statistics

This section displays some valuable information based on the overall Contests statistics compiled to date.

Category

Fixed Registrations: Contests in this category have a fixed allocation of participants required before that contest can begin. If this figure is set to 10 for example, the contest will not begin until a total of 10 traders have registered to participate.

Scheduled: Contests belonging to the Scheduled category have a predefined time that they will start, providing that the minimum number of participants required have registered to take part.

Type

One vs One: These contests allow 2 participants to compete head to head.

Winner Takes All: As the name suggests, whoever comes out on top at the end of the contest will win the entire prize pool.

Double-Up: At the end of a Double-Up contest, the top 50% of participants will share the prize pool.

Race: These contests will finish when the first trader reaches a specific equity target. If no trader reaches the equity target before the contest duration expires, the normal payout structure will apply.

Guaranteed: Guaranteed contests offer guaranteed prizes with some of the biggest prize winning opportunities.

Standard: This applies to contests that are standard in nature and not those that are uniquely different as is the case with the alternative options above.
